My name is Shannon Carmack, I am a licensed massage therapist. I have always loved receiving massages, but after being introduced to the concept of overall wellbeing I became interested in becoming a massage therapist. After 13 years working in healthcare, I made the decision to go back to school to become a massage therapist. I received training in several different modalities including, Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage, and hot stone massage at the Technical College of the Rockies in 2016. It is my true belief that massage is essential to our wellbeing, and I feel very privileged to provide massage therapy to my clients, family and friends!
